Starting his career with defense forces, Rajneesh Vyas has grown himself into a successful career counselor in Rajasthan. Having client base in 7 Districts of Rajasthan, namely Jaipur, Dausa, Karauli, Sikar, Sirohi, Alwar and Bharatpur he has guided approximately 2700 students to choose the best suited career to them.

With over Seventeen years of experience in Training and Project Management of Vocational Educational Environment. He has been instrumental in Preparing Training Proposals of Employment Linked Skill Training Programs for various Training Partners with RSLDC and DAY-NULM. It has been a pleasure to run a maximum of 13 Skill Development Centers at a time for DAY-NULM in his recent assignment with Institute of Leadership Development (An IFCI Initiative). He is an expert in customized training on Soft Skills, Motivation, Employability Skills, Communication Skills, Change Management, Team Skills, Creative Thinking and Man-management skills. Through my experience in Employment Linked Skill Training Programs, I have strong Industry Linkage for Entry Level Jobs.

As a Professional, he continues to give career awareness workshops to schools and Guides Hundreds of students every year. He does individual Career Counselling for School/College students and working professionals, who need help in identifying and fine tuning their Career and Career Goals.
